Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form with payment to the address above.

Giuseppi Crystal reserves the right to correct all miss spelled words in requests involving all submitted engravings by the customer.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Giuseppi Crystal does not refund on any purchases, all purchases are final, no returns.

Delivery - Shipping / Insured Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a basis of selected shipping options, such as USPS First Class for Perfume Oils Only, USPS Priority mail with or without insurance, Next Day or 2nd Day depending on your location in the USA, International shipping rate is a flat rate for all international orders. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each order. Giuseppi Crystal strongly recommends purchasing USPS Priority mail with Insurance.

Giuseppi Crystal insures through a third party insurance. (If you do not purchase insurance through Giuseppi Crystal) and you have a item arrive damaged to you, then you must contact us through email stating what item was damaged, a picture of the damaged item, along with your name address and contact phone number.

Because we ship USPS Priority Mail in the USA only. The postal service provides up to 50.00 insurance. After receiving your information Giuseppi Crystal will file the paper work on your behalf with the postal service for reimbursement of the damaged item only. The postal service will not reimburse shipping costs nor will Giuseppi Crystal. Once reimbursement is received by the postal service, we will then send out your replacement and a payment request for the shipping. The process for the postal service to pay on a claim can take 3 to 4 weeks and there is no guarantee that they will honor payment on a valid claim.

(If you purchased insurance with Giuseppi Crystal) and you have damage to an item during shipping. You must contact us through email stating, what item was damaged, a picture of the damaged item, along with your name address and contact phone number. This must be done before we will send out a replacement. Insurance does not cover shipping charges, we will send you a request for partial payment of shipping your replacement. Once that is received we will ship your replacement within two business days from the time we were contacted by you.

With all claims filled you will need to hold onto the box and item incase the postal service wishes to inspect the item for up to thirty days.

Customer is responsible for opening the package upon delivery and inspecting all the contents ordered, if any discrepancy is not reported to Giuseppi Crystal within three business days of receipt, Giuseppi Crystal is not responsible for any discrepancies in the order received by the customer.

International Shipping

Shipping international could have added shipping costs. When Giuseppi Crystal has destination address for an international order, shipping will be calculated and customer notified of any added shipping cost before order is processed for shipping, other than the stated basic 19.95

The added shipping cost can come to orders that exceed a one pound weight limit. We will contact you by email to see if you want to pay the added shipping costs or want to cancel your order an receive a refund.

International shipping is sent by Air Letter Post by Giuseppi to make the costs to the customers most affordable. Or if other shipping options requested by the customer such as (Air Parcel Post & Global Priority Mail) which comes at a much higher shipping rate, the customer is responsible for paying those added costs.

Delivery times range between 4 to 14 days. Giuseppi Crystal is not responsible for orders to arrive at there destination within these stated times due to the receiving countries customs some times holds up packages.

Some countries will collect taxes and duties. Giuseppi Crystal does not charge customers for taxes and duties for your specific countries when placing your order with us. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties requested by their countries.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
